How do I earn points?
You earn 1-pt for each $1 spent. You earn additional points for creating an account, following us on social media, writing product reviews, and referring friends! Additionally, you get 100 bonus points on your birthday. Once you hit lifetime spending goals, you will earn double points. Points don't expire, but you must keep your account active every 12-months to retain your points.
What is the value of points?
You earn 5% back in points for every purchase. For example, a $100 purchase equals 100 points, which you can redeem for a $5 rebate. We also have other redemption offers, such as free shipping codes and 10% off coupons, allowing you to choose a reward that works best for you.
How do I redeem points?
Log into your account, and scroll down to "Use Your Points" to see what you are eligible for. When you redeem points, you will be given a code to paste at checkout. Don't worry if you forget to copy the code—it will be recorded in your "Rewards History" here. Codes do not expire and can be saved for a future purchase.
Help! I redeemed points and now can't find my code!
Don't worry! Your code is listed in your "Rewards History" to the right of the "Redeem Now" button on the rewards page. Click the little double-rectangle symbol next to the code to copy then paste in your cart at checkout.
Help! I redeemed points, but want to wait and use later.
Don't worry! Redeemed codes do not expire and can be saved for future use.
When you're ready, the code is listed in "Rewards History" to the right of the "Redeem Now" button. There will be a pop-up showing your rewards history; you can copy any redeemed codes here to paste into cart at checkout.
Do points expire? (Not really.)
Your rewards account expires after 12 months of inactivity (inactivity means no purchases or point redemptions on the website). As long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months, your points will roll over and the point balance will not expire.
And coincidentally, spices are best used up within 12 months! Our goal with the reward system is to encourage you to refresh your spices each year. Spices are magic...but only when they are fresh!
